The inclusion, identification, listing, feature, interview, spotlight, profile, advertisement, ranking, or visibility of any service provider on this Site:

NJCG does not recommend that any user hire or engage any provider.

You and we agree that any dispute between you and NJCG arising under or related to these Terms, this Site, and/or its content, can only be brought in binding individual (non-class) arbitration to be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). If, for any reason, AAA is not available, you or NJCG may file a case with any national arbitration company. We both agree that you or we may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.

By using this Site, you agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the state of New Jersey, without regard to conflicts of law principles, will govern these Terms and any dispute arising out of your use of this Site or between you and NJCG.
